INTRODUCTION Action research has been described as an informal,qualitative , formative, subjective, interpretive, reflective and experientialmodel of inquiry in which individuals involved in the studyare knowing and contributing participants. Action research has the primary intent of providing a framework for qualitative investigations by teachers and researchers in complex working classroom situation. It is a Strategy for the development of teachers as researchers so that they can use their research to improve their teaching and thus their students learning, but even within educational action research distinct varieties have emerged .
