INTRODUCTION
Action research has been described as an informal, qualitative, formative, subjective, interpretive, reflective and experientialmodel of inquiry in which individuals involved in the studyare knowing and contributing participants.

Action research has the primary intent of providing a framework for qualitative investigations by teachers and researchers in complex working classroom situation. It is a Strategy for the development of teachers as researchers so that they can use their research to improve their teaching and thus their students learning, but even within educational action research distinct varieties have emerged. Action research has the potential to generate genuine and sustained improvement in school.

Objectives
To improve the practice going on schools.

To make the environment of the school more conductive for effective teaching and learning.

To make the students teachers and educational administrators more conscious about their problems and their immediate solutions.

To make the school or educational personal more co-operative and democratic in their work.

To inculcate the desire and attitude among the school personnel for bringing excellence in their work.

IMPORTANCE

Action research provides a systematic study stops in the mutual conditions of the problem felt and effect of the change introduced by the expert practitioners. Thus it gives them opportunity to test their belief and to take advantage of their own experience.

Action research improves the quality of teaching learning process without involving extra financial condition.

It will reduce the wastage and stagnation in teaching learning process by developing a progressive outlook.

Action research dispels the fears that research is only a job of highly qualified person it has to develop problem awareness among the teachers and administration and has made them research minded by the developing  scientific  and objective attitude.

It needs no special arrangements and creation of artificial conditions.

                  CHARACTERISTICS
It is focused on the immediate problem and their solutions within the available resources.

Here the person who conduct the research and applies the finding of the research is the one.

Its main aim to create a such healthy and proper conditions and environment as to facilitates better teaching as well as better learning for the maximum welfare of student.

It does not concern with the building of theories, broad generalization and principles.

It brings excellence in working style of institution.
Advantages
It help in making the surrounding conditions and environment quite proper to conduct teaching and learning process.

It helps in broadening the mental horizon and general outlook of student teacher and school personal and educational administrator.

The result of such research findings can be best utilized for improving their world of work and develop them professionally as much as possible.

It makes them to improve their practice bring.

Action research makes the work environment of the school more cooperative and democratic.

limitations

The solutions of the educational problems require regions cooperative efforts on the part of students teachers and educational authorities such co-operation on a true democratic pattern is rarely available in its absence the research looses its absence the research lose its strength as well as validity.

Action research is more or less a completely localized affair hence the assertion that its result may be utilized by others remains quite questionable.

In the existing conditions of our schools where teachers already bordered with over work an students are encircled with a heavy scheme of students are encoded with a heavy scheme of studies and administers puzzled with increased administration problem too much to expect from them for serious work like action research.

Action Research Plan

vName of problem
Facing problem in Rectification of error

vDefining the problem
Students of 11th A facing problem in Rectification of error

vPopulation = Sample
     Students of 11th A

v Probable Causes:-

The probable causes concerning the problem can be listed as under:-

  1.Teacher is not using techniques.

 2. Teacher is not able to connect Rectification of error with real life.

 3. Lack of interaction between students and teacher

 4. Teacher is teaching theory not giving the opportunity to students to perform practical work.

 5. Teacher is not using different methods for teaching Rectification of error

 6. Students don’t find it necessary to get extra information about
      maintaining Rectification of error.

Hypothesis:-

If the causes are under control of teacher then the following are some of the hypothesis related to the causes:-

1st cause:- Teacher is not using techniques.
Hypothesis:- If the teaching learning methodology is changed then                         student take interest in Rectification of error.

2nd cause:-Teacher is not able to connect Rectification of error with                             real life.
Hypothesis:- If teacher give more examples based on real life then                                students take interest in Rectification of error.

3rd cause:- Lack of interaction between students and teacher.
Hypothesis:- If teacher tell the importance of Rectification of error to                              students then students take interest in Rectification of error.

4th cause:- Teacher is teaching theory not giving the opportunity to                             students to perform practical work.
Hypothesis:- By promoting  students discussion and group activities                                students take interests in Rectification of error.

5th  cause:- Teacher is not using different methods for teaching                                      Rectification of error
Hypothesis:- If teacher make connections with current events and                                  everyday phenomena then students take interest in                                    Rectification of error.

6th cause:- Students don’t find it necessary to get extra information                       about maintaining  Rectification of error.
Hypothesis:- Visit to a companies or banks should be made to show                       why Rectification of error are prepared or maintained.

CONCLUSION

I want to conclude that through my action research I come to know that when teacher teach “Rectification of error” by using different techniques, use different approach student take too much interest in “Rectification of error”.
